Recently, IEEE JUSB hosted its flagship 24-hour offline hackathon, DOUBLESLASH 3.0, which witnessed an overwhelming 1200+ participants in the online round, out of which 100 top coders qualified for the final offline round.

For this task, you have to draft a detailed logistics management plan covering all the essentials and arrangements required for the event. Ensure to include every aspect starting right from pre-event preparations to on day execution ending to a final post-event wrap up.

Tips for Extra Edge :

• Be thorough yet practical- consider both minor as well as major logistics.
• Maintain IEEE JUSB standards avoid superficial or incomplete planning. Just keep it simple and to the point.
• Bonus Tip: Think about essentials like venue setup, tech infrastructure, participant kits, security, certificates, T-shirts, food & beverages, and clean-up. Include contingency plans for unforeseen issues.

Bonus Task

For the planning planned above create an excel spreadsheet including all the essentials starting from the venue rentals to cost of every items required during the event for 100 participants , summing up to the approximate budget of 50k for the event management .

Points to remember :

• This is a bonus task it’s not compulsory to attempt this but attempting this will also give you an edge over other candidates.
• If any two spreadsheet are found to be same, it may led to disqualification of the candidature irrespective of the work submitted in the “Planning Task”. </aside>
